As construction costs have increased over recent years, property developers are finding it difficult to get funding for construction projects. Groundswell was founded by a property valuer, who personally negotiates each and every finance solution with a vast portfolio of public and private lenders.
This point of difference informed the name, which speaks to support, growth and flexibility.
The brand visual language doubles down on the idea of support and growth, with topography-inspired 3d animations.
I was lucky enough to be involved in this project from its conception, and was involved in desktop research, strategy, naming, through to design concepts, development, web design, animation, and roll-out.
